Allocating screens to schedules

Moving a screen from one schedule to another is easier than you might think. Simply drag and drop it! And don’t worry, you will always be asked to confirm the move. Once you confirm, the screen will begin to show the content of the schedule it is moved to. A schedule contains one or more screens.

Different content on different screens

If you want to display different content on different screens simply create multiple schedules, each containing different content and add different screens to the different schedules. A single screen can only belong in one schedule.

To add a new screen

Click on the large plus icon and select ‘New Screen’. You will need to give the screen a name and enter the unique 8-digit code which is displayed on your unallocated screen. Once you add the screen and put this into a schedule, it will begin to play the scheduled content.
