Managing images and videos

Important to know and quick to learn. To manage your images and videos simply navigate to the content management panel.

Upload an image

The simplest way to upload an image is to click on the Images tab and drag and drop it directly from your file explorer. Alternatively, click on the plus icon to select an image and upload it. Whichever way you prefer to do it, the new image is now shown in the image list and is available for you to use. Click on the image to see it in a larger format, download it or rename it. It’s simple. The image thumbnails view can be turned on and off at your convenience.

Upload a video

The simplest way to upload is to click on the Videos tab and drag and drop it directly from your file explorer. Alternatively, click on the plus icon to select a video and upload it. To make it even easier for you, Otrum’s cloud technology automatically converts the video into the right format to play on your screen.

Once it’s uploaded the new video is shown in the video list and is available for use. You can click on a video to see it in a larger format, check the audio or rename it. The thumbnails view can be turned on and off at your convenience. Another neat feature is that other site users can download the video from here.

Keep organised

Keep your content in folders to stay organised. Simply click on the folder icon below the tab name and ‘drag and drop’ your content to the desired folder. You can also delete content by selecting it and clicking the trash bin icon.
